Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Secure Packaging
Place the unopened items in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected and meet safety guidelines during transit.
- 3.Shipping
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
